Privacy Notice

VNCYI Inc. builds salon and spa management software. This notice explains what this website (vncyi.com) collects, why, and the choices you have.
It covers the website only — not the VNCYI product itself, which is governed by the agreement you sign with us.
The short version
- We collect analytics about how the site is used — and only if you agree. Until you choose, analytics does not run at all.
- There are no accounts, no forms, and no payments on this site, so there is nothing to sign up for and no login data to hold.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can reply and do business with you.
What we collect
Analytics — only with your consent
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived — for example from a search engine or a link.
We use this only to improve the site. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not used for advertising.
If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent. Our analytics is configured in "consent mode", which keeps it switched off until you opt in. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of the home page.
Information you send us
If you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, contact details, and the content of your message. We use it to reply, and if it leads somewhere, to do business with you.
What we do not collect
This website has no user accounts, no contact forms, no payment processing, and no advertising or social tracking pixels. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

vncyi-consent is stored in your browser's local storage, not as a cookie, and is never sent to us. It is how we remember your choice so we do not ask on every page. It stays until you clear it via Cookie settings, or clear your browser storage.
Third parties
- Google — Google Analytics (only with your consent), and Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- WhatsApp / Meta — if you click a WhatsApp link, your use of WhatsApp is governed by their terms and privacy policy, not ours.
We do not share your information with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
Why we are allowed to process it
Where the law requires us to identify a legal basis:
- Analytics — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Responding to your enquiry — our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and taking steps towards a contract where you ask us to.
How long we keep it
- Your consent choice — until you clear it.
- Analytics — according to the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property.
- Correspondence — as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- ask us to delete it;
- object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent;
- complain to your data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email info@vncyi.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
International transfers
We are based in Canada with an office in Saudi Arabia, and we use service providers — such as Google — that may process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
